• Communication/Public Speaking: During brainstorming sessions, research interviews, and design presentations
• Math: While measuring artwork, calculating scale changes, and spatial planning for public art projects
• Science: While researching and illustrating scientific/environmental subject-matter for public display
• Art: Workshop and hands-on experience in concept development, drawing, painting, design, and large-scale mural production
• Community Awareness: The Studio Program provides a two-way conduit where students observe and learn from their community and then recycle ideas back into the city in the form of public murals and other creative projects.
